With all her recent scandals and problems such as going pantyless while partying, shaving her had, entering rehab or just swimming in underwear at malibu beach, the pop star turns the world eyes to every action she takes, and is one off all time most buzzed stars.

                   

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are officially divorced today.

Just minutes ago, Spears' lawyer, Laura Wasser, and K-Fed's mouthpiece, Mark Vincent Kaplan, walked into court -- final papers in hand -- to get a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to sign-off on the settlement, making the divorce final.

Here's what TMZ knows: As for custody, we've learned it will stay at 50/50. It's amazing disso-queen Wasser was able to get a 50/50 custody split given Brit's craziness, which included wild partying, erratic behavior and a stint in rehab. This type of custody arrangement is typically reserved for a stable couple.

 But all is not over! We're told neither Brit nor Fed-Ex are happy with the custody arrangement, and either of them can go back to court and ask for a change. On top of that, Kevin won't even speak to Spears, so they will probably be back in court asking the judge to make decisions about child rearing.

One more thing: There are reports K-Fed will go to court as early as this week to get full custody. He may not be happy, but it doesn't seem he's ready for all-out war either.

In addition to Britney's troubles Thursday at Wynn Las Vegas, it has been confirmed that Spears is fighting another battle. This one, with her ex, Kevin Federline.

A source tells, "K-Fed is demanding that she get back to Los Angeles because she isn't allowed to have the kids out of state."

 
Another Federline source says,

"Britney did not have written permission to take the kids out of state. She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I'm sure Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this."

Wonder why we don’t get a glimpse of britney spears face for two days? Because she left Los Angeles aka ” The Land of the Stars” and flew to Las Vegas, Nevada with her brother Brian and her two little babies.

People magazine has the scoop saying that the three took a private plane to sin city, where she has been seen having dinner at Country Club at the Wynn Las Vegas (hopefully we will have some pictures soon).

They also say that she might get in trouble by flying with Sean Preston and Jayden James without Kevin’s permission (nobody knows if she has it), but she made sure their hotel room is childproofed during her visit.

Britney Spears and her bodyguard might not be welcome at the Wynn Las Vegas anymore.

Eyewitnesses exclusively tell Usmagazine.com that Spears' bodyguard Julio "JC" Camera roughed up a photographer outside the Wynn spa after an altercation over the photographer's proximity to - and possible contact with - one of her children.

A photographer who was shooting Spears vacationing with her two children at the resort claims that earlier today, Camera shoved his partner in the chest and accidentally hit toddler Sean Preston in the process.

The photographer then alleges that Spears started yelling while Camera tackled his partner to the ground and began punching. He claims that after Wynn security asked all parties involved to leave, the Las Vegas police were called to take statements.

Sgt. Loretto of the Las Vegas Police Department tells Usmagazine.com that Camera has been issued a citation for misdemeanor battery. Meanwhile, Loretto says that Spears has filed an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston against photographer Kyle Henderson.

Spears' battery allegation remains under investigation, with Vegas police issuing the following statement: "A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child , who was at that time being held by the security officer."

Us has learned that as of 5:30 p.m. local time, Spears had checked out of the Wynn hotel, though it is not certain that her departure was voluntary.

A Wynn spokesperson declined comment on the incident, and the hotel would only say in a statement that "the Wynn does not comment on guests of the hotel."

Another girl is out of Britney Spears life. Tired of being surrounded with opportunist people, the mega hit singer fired her assistant, Shannon Funk, that has been hired by her about three weeks ago.

Life and Style quotes that she thinks that her troubles begun with her, that she was talking bad about her in her back, and that she was even giving other some private business emails!.

 This is not the first time that Britney Spears faces problems with their assistants, she also fired Allie Sims in less more than one month.

I think she did the right thing. She looked like a retard to me.

Britney's new single to debut on the radio August 12th

According to ChaoticOne, a member at Pop Prodigy, Britney's new single off her new album is said to debut on the radio on August 12th. In fact, a popular radio station in Minnesota, KDWB, played "And Then We Kiss" and then talked about Britney attending the VMAs. People started calling the station and asked questions about the new single. The host then said: "We will be premiering Britney's new single on August 12th so keep it locked here for more info!"

She chilled out with her two very adorable sons Sean and Jayden, and her New (unknowm) Blonde Friend, who looks like Britney a lot. I mean seriously, while checking out the Pics just look at her, Her hair, hat, her clothes and even her shades are like Brit. Perhaps, she might be very very influenced by the most awaited Pop Princess.

More and more talks about Britney performing at the VMAs

Apparently Britney Spears is rehearsing to make her big comeback at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas this September. The VMAs will be held this year at the Palms Hotel, which is owned by the Maloof brothers - close personal friends of the former pop star. Britney has already completed several tracks and is said to be 'itching' to show one off.

According to one of Brit's dancers named Criscilla, Britney is shooting a new music video.

"SO...YES...TODAYS THE DAY!!! WERE SHOOTN MISS BRITS 1ST VIDEO OFF HER NEW ALBUM....CANT TELL U DETAILS BUT WHAT I CAN SAY IS ITS GOING TO BE HOTTTT!
