mickyBritney Spears is currently number 2 at People top 25 celebrity hot list, the second most buzzed celebrity at the moment. Lindsay Lohan Topped the Chart, being on no. 1.

With all her recent scandals and problems such as going pantyless while partying, shaving her had, entering rehab or just swimming in underwear at malibu beach, the pop star turns the world eyes to every action she takes, and is one off all time most buzzed stars.

From what I hear Britney is always "buzzing" lol. And coincidentally that Lindsay Lohan is always "buzzing" just that little bit more so that's why she's number one :))
