Its is reported that a new hearing was held at L.A County Superior Court and that the  County Department of Children and Family Services is also making a very deep investigation on the singers acts. Till now, there is still no clue about the allegations that the former rapper made to his lawyer against her ex-wife. New reports just say that Britney Spears Children and Family Investigations are not about the way the physical way that the singer treats her kids (if she hurts them or not), but about the way she takes care of Sean and Jayden. The allegation from Kfed side says that the popstar gives poor dental higiene, eating and sleeping habits to the babies, and that is why they are going to start some new investigations as they did in the past when some incidents happened. The next evidence in KFed’s case against Britney may be surveillance footage taken by 15 cameras at the couple’s Malibu mansion.
According to the NATIONAL ENQUIRER the footage, taken between the years 2005 - 2006 in a variety of areas from the front gate to the kitchen.

The tabloid writes:

“If he doesn’t act immediately, Kevin is convinced that Britney’s drug use, boozing and out-of-control behavior will result in a tragic accident.” To bolster his case, Kevin has obtained video footage from 15 surveillance cameras that Britney installed in their $12 million mansion is Malibu. The sophisticated security system recorded activity in the home from the front gates to the kitchen in 2005 and 2006, according to insiders.

“This is the smoking gun Kevin has been waiting to use,” said an insider. “Kevin said: Divorce that bitch and then get my boys away from her.’” In one tape, Britney slaps Kevin after screaming at him about a weekend he spent in Vegas. In another incident taped Britney whacked Kevin with a frying pan. “Kevin was going to use the frying pan, but Britney grabbed it and hit him with it when he turned his back,” said the insider. “He grabbed the pan out of her hand and walked away, but she hurled an ashtray at him. He dodged it, and it hit the sliding glass door.” In addition to the video tapes, Kevin has voicemail tapes of Britney admitting she was out drinking with friends, the insider revealed. “Kevin believes that Britney lets the boys run around with dirty diapers because she’s too lazy to change them.”

While in the US the future of Britney seems unclear, British people seem to prefer Britney’s perfume Curious over other celebrity fregrances. Britney topped the list with Kylie and Sarah Jessica Parker following behind.

Britney's last appeared at MTV Video Music Awards four years ago when she strode the pop music industry as a colossus.

On that occasion, Britney made headlines when Madonna kissed her and Christina Aguilera after the two fellow mouseketeers and promising pop stars, attired as brides, performed the Material Girl's classic, "Like a Virgin."

Lately, however, Britney's professional and public conduct has been erratic to the point of consistency.

A poll that we are currently running indicates that an overwhelming number of our readers believe Britney has lost it.

If she is indeed slated to perform at the VMA, it is likely that MTV will have backup performer ready.

Britney, reportedly bolted from a recent shoot for her new music video following a collapse and breakdown.

She failed to show up for scheduled photo shoots for OK! and Allure magazines.

She also missed a photo shoot for an ad campaign to promote her new fragrance.

It is also moot if Britney is ready for primetime showbiz and singing.

Britney's attempt in May to revive her singing career was an unmitigated flop. She performed short dance sequences, lip syncing to her previous hit songs, at House of Blues locations in San Diego, Anaheim, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.

Whether Britney is confident of singing in front of her fans may be known on August 31 when she is scheduled to host the grand opening of LAX nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada.

X17 has spoken exclusively with a source we've witnessed to be very close to Britney -- we grabbed him as he left Winston's Friday night with Brit and Alli (he snuck out the back door, but X17 was there!). "Jeff" as he called himself, has been close to Britney and/or Britney's family

since before all of her recent troubles began. And here’s what he told us ...

“Britney does NOT do drugs!,” says "Jeff" who tells us he’s strictly against any type of drug use and against anyone involved in any type of drug use. She might enjoy a drink or two when she goes out but that’s it. And the lollipops? -- "They're Tootsie Roll pops, not suckers laced with drugs or whatever Kevin's camp is claiming -- I've never even heard of that!" She doesn't even go out on nights when she has the kids and she becomes very sad immediately after they leave. Her world revolves around her children -- 98% of her energy is spent on her children and at this point her career takes a distant second.

Britney never hated Kevin. He was "hardly even present during most of their arriage" but for the sake of being with her children 24/7, "Jeff" says, she would have considered staying with him. However, in order to be a happier mom, she felt it would be best to part ways with him.
Jeff says: “Staying with a liar just to make life easier for your children -- if that's not pure devotion for your kids, then what is?? Britney can get any guy she wants, it's just hard to weed out the good ones from the bad ones"

Britney is NOT worried about Kevin's battle for custody of Sean and Jayden because she knows no one around her has evidence or proof of her doing anything negative that would make her an unfit mother because she has been nothing but a responsible, loving mom. According to

Jeff: "Anyone close to Britney knows that she's an angel when it comes to being a mom and a friend."

Everyday life for Britney with her kids consists of 23.9 hours/day focused on the boys, "mom, mom, mom constantly," NO soda in their bottles -- in fact hardly any soda in the house, claims "Jeff." Britney spends all day playing with the boys while they're there and allows no strangers in the house and conducts very little work-related business when they're around. “Her kids are everything to her, there's no doubt about it,” he says.

The negative? -- our source says, "You mean besides the fact she's never made me those potatoes au gratin like she promised? -- haha!" There's nothing normal about her life right now." With the media focused on her like hey are and the constant legal battles arising from her family, Britney is anxious over the constant pressure and threats.

She doesn’t feel as if she needs to defend herself in the media and I agree. Just don't get in the way of her kids; she is a mother and she is very protective of her sons, as she should be.”
On Britney's family -- our source says, "They have issues of their own that they need to work on. They need to quit blaming Britney.” He's totally "turned off by Britney's family at the moment" He's also somewhat disappointed in her mom for being so naive and trusting the people that Britney fired rather than trusting her own daughter. It was due to the influence of Larry Rudolph on her family that Britney was forced in to rehab and while she was there, according to "Jeff." He also claims Promises staff administered medication on Britney despite a record of constantly clean drug tests that showed no traces of anything in her body. He says Promises quickly backed off from the accusations of drug and alcohol abuse and then claimed postpartum depression after the drug results were clean, but either way ... Britney was FORCED to stay in rehab because her family, her manager and officials at Promises were all threatening to take away her children unless she completed the treatment program. “I think Lynne does love her daughter, however I also believe Britney's anger towards her is justified. But come on, all moms and daughters have their arguments. Britney is just upset right now, her family needs to just be there when she's ready to call upon them."
So why'd Britney shave her head? -- Kevin taunted Britney that even his smoking of marijuana in her presence (Jeff showed us a pic of Kevin on his phone of Kev with a joint in his hands, partying with his friends) would leave traces of the drug that could be picked up by drug testing

when they lived together and he threatened to use that against her in a custody battle. After Britney shaved her head, she begged her mom and Kevin to test the hair from the salon however no one went to claim it. Instead, Larry and her family staged an intervention in a hotel room

with the same interventionist that put Britney's father Jamie in rehab and also worked with her brother. Britney begged for them to give her a drug test but eventually felt there was no other option but to enter a treatment program to prove to her family that she was clean and to protect herself from any unfounded accusations in a potential custody battle. Britney met with attorneys over a month ago regarding legal action against Promises. "I think she certainly has a case against the rehab center, I feel what they did to her was not only cruel and embarrassing it added more ammunition aiding Kevin's eagerness for custody over her finances, whoops I mean children."
"Jeff" raised the question -- why would Kevin file a civil case if he were truly worried about his kids' welfare when they're with Britney? He could have just called Child Protective Services and gotten any urgent claims handled that way, however his dispute now is clearly for financial

gain. Britney isn't hiding anything. And why didn't he fight for full custody of his kids with Shar Jackson if he loves his kids so much?"

Our source says "Britney is the most generous person you could meet -- too generous" and that she doesn't focus on money at all. She has supported her family financially for years and feels that they shouldn't be so quick to judge her at times. Britney does have a good relationship with her sister Jamie Lynne. Despite the current rocky family emotions "Jeff" does feel that a reconciliation sometime in the future is possible because he says, “Britney is all about family. I just believe at the moment, she’s angry, she feels betrayed and she has every right to feel this way. Deep down, that entire family does love one another and it's just a matter of time before they're all together again."
Britney and the press -- “Britney is very clever. She's a seasoned celebrity veteran, if anyone knows how the press spins stories, its Britney. Get it straight people, Britney doesn't go out when her kids are home!! Come on, she has shared custody there is half the week when she's not with her kids! The press needs to quit being so ignorant at times. If you had 50 cameras and cameramen hovering around you, inches away from you at all times, pushing and shoving, wardrobe malfunctions are bound to happen.”
Britney's love life? -- "Jeff" says “Britney's like a little girl at times" and is "shy around guys. She's young and single and would love to find the right man; how can anyone blame her for that. I think she forgets sometimes that she’s a mega-star, someone who changed the face of music, an historical icon that still has a lot to learn and a lot more still to offer."

Britney Spears new fregrance Believe will be launched soon just for the holiday season, and the ad is already out. Problem is, Britney looks so … 1999. Access Hollywood approached a rep for Elizabeth Arden about the picture and Claims her face was superimposed on model's body.

The singer – whose weight has yo-yoed recently – had her head superimposed on a model's body, a source tells the Daily Express.

Britney, 25, apparently only stayed long enough at the photoshoot to have her headshots taken, leaving ad bosses looking for an alternative.

'They had nice shots of her face but not the body, so the art director asked the stylist – a girl named Kylie Cavaco – to get into Britney's clothes,' the source says.

'They may be superimposing Britney's head on Kylie's body.'

“We recently shot Britney Spears for the print campaign for her new fragrance Britney Spears Believe, in Santa Monica. It is true that Britney did leave the set; however, she returned after a brief time. Cayli was the wardrobe assistant on the shoot. We used her as a stand in so that we could set up the lighting while Britney was off the set. When Britney returned, we shot the national print ad with her.The only person in the national print ad for Britney’s Believe fragrance is Britney Spears.”

In just five hours, Encinias went from being an extra in her latest video to pounding drinks and locking lips with the single mom of two in a rooftop pool at L.A’s Standard Downtown hotel.

Although Spears was expecting her two young sons to be dropped off at her Beverly Hills home at noon (as per her custody arrangement with their father, Kevin Federline), the singer had arranged to have the pool reopened at 2 am for the exclusive use of her group, which included then-assistant Shannon Funk and some hand-picked male extras from her video shoot.

“Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed,” Encinias tells Us. “I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot.”

“I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy,” the 5’10” California native continues. "And that’s what she did. Mission accomplished.”

It was when the alcohol started running low that an inebriated Spears, 25, suggested a game of Truth or Dare. “I was dared to get naked and get out of the pool and walk as though I was on a catwalk in a fashion show,” says Encinias. “Britney was laughing really hard.”

Mike was an extra on the video shoot and says she later tried to seduce him in her hotel suite - while wearing nothing but a pair of pink pants.

He said: “I went in and found Britney lying on the bed with her knees up and just a pair of pink panties on.

“She was looking like she was ready - and I wanted to finalise it.” 

Britney and Mike had been passionately kissing in the pool of downtown LA’s Standard Hotel just a few hours earlier.

The singer had pulled the plug on the pole-dancing shoot for Give Me More after breaking down and sending the crew home.

Britney’s assistant hand-picked Mike and a group of male pals to go to her hotel for drinks by the pool.

Mike explained: “Britney was drinking Mojitos and she’d been drinking some Jack Daniel’s

“Suddenly she shocked everyone by just stripping out of her top.

“She went into the pool topless - her boobs were exposed and she had a drink in her hand and a hat on with sunglasses.”

Mike says he kissed Britney after her assistant told him the singer wanted to “make out” with him. 

He said: “She straddled me and put her legs around me.

“When I started kissing her I did everything in my power - from my previous experience of kissing girls - not to mess it up.

“Britney had more drinks - she was having Jack and more Mojitos in between me feeling her up, her boobs, and kissing her on her neck.

“Her body was very nice. It was sexual and sensual kissing. It took some effort to perfect.

“She is a great kisser - I’d actually say a phenomenal kisser.”

Mike was invited back to Britney’s suite once the party was over at 4am.

He was planning to spend the rest of the night in her bed — until one of his friends collapsed and nearly drowned from all the booze he had downed.

Britney’s bodyguards stepped in and ordered Mike to take his mate home.

Mike added: “In the end we had to say our goodbyes.”

Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is refusing to berate his former wife in public, insisting any issues he has to discuss with her will be done behind closed doors. Spears' mothering skills of the couple's two children--Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months--have been criticized in the media over the past year and the pop star's recent behavior on video and photo shoots have raised questions about her emotional state.

Federline and Spears' marriage officially ended on Monday after just 33 months. They split last November, only two months after the birth of Jayden James.

The aspiring rapper's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, admits his client treats his two boys very differently from their mother. The couple share custody of the two boys.

Kaplan says,

"When they are with him, he is going to shield his children from unwanted media attention. You will not find a picture of Kevin parading with the children out in a public place."
"He's focused right now on being the best parent that he can be.

"He doesn't want to do anything that would be perceived as taking her (Spears) down a peg. His goal is to keep things between him and  Britney private. There's a proper forum to discuss issues with a co-parent. That place is not in the public eye."

She's been best known for hanging out with Britney Spears, but now her "cousin" Alli Sims is aiming for a pop career of her own.

Blogs have been watching Sims's Web site closely, and on Monday Spears's former assistant updated it to include her first song – a cover of "On My Own," from the stage musical Les Misérables.

And, the newly launched singer tells PEOPLE, she already has a staunch supporter in Spears.

Shrugging off rumors that Britney resented her decision to pursue her lifelong dream, Sims, 26, says: "She heard my songs on the laptop and was like, 'I love this song! This is you singing?' She has always been supportive."

As for Spears's parenting skills, which have come under fire recently, Sims tells PEOPLE in its new issue, "She's a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on. ... Britney loves those babies to death. And they adore her."

When it comes to her former employer, Sims adds, "I love her, she's beautiful inside and out. We're still great friends."

Having moved to Los Angeles immediately after college with a music career in mind, Sims made ends meet by working with noted wedding planner Mindy Weiss and, more recently, for Spears.

"I was just doing that for a little while, and we had a great time together," Sims says of working with Britney.

Maureen Funk, the mother of Shannon Funk, a personal assistant whom an insider said was fired by Britney Spears last week, is defending her daughter.

She tells Life & Style, “My daughter is a terrific person and she has been hounded by the media since news that she had left Britney broke. Contrary to what people may think, this situation is not about money as Shannon is not that type of person." Maureen denies her daughter inked a $500,000 "tell-all" deal to spill the beans about her short-lived stint as Brit's personal assistant (Shannon has denied she was fired by Britney).

Maureen says, “I feel sorry for Britney Spears, as she is under a lot of pressure every day and is a really sweet woman, despite all the stories."

As Life & Style previously reported, "Britney felt a lot of her recent troubles started and stopped with Shannon,” an insider close to Britney said. “Britney thought she was talking badly about her. She was rude and Britney felt she was letting business emails fall by the wayside.” Shannon was Brit's assistant when the pop star recently filmed her personally-financed video, which ended in a near meltdown.

Meanwhile, Britney's uncle, Barry Bridges, tells Life & Style that with Britney's divorce from Kevin Federline finalized, "I think Britney and Kevin should be very happy about this. It’ll be a relief to the family, [and] I think [her mom] Lynne will be happy."

As for advice he would offer Britney, he says, "Just get on with your life, and try to be civil. She’ll need to know to not talk badly about their daddy, especially around the kids."

Asked whether he thinks Brit will work on her relationship with mom Lynne, now that the divorce is settled, he says, "I think they’ll get back together.

Sometimes people are hard-headed, but Britney and Lynne have been so close so long. Remember that your family is always your family. You don’t forget they love you, no matter what."

Gatecrasher reports that The Mother Of Two showed up at the Chateau last week.  the "only table available was the one next to Posh." Britney couldn't deal with sitting next to Mrs. Becks, so she and her friend stormed off to Il Sole instead,” says a witness.

Meanwhile, Posh isn't exactly ingratiating herself with the celeb-enclave Chateau, says Gatecrasher, bringing the paparazzi to the highly-discreet hotel. "The Chateau Marmont tries to give celebs their privacy, and they hate Posh there. They like David, though," says a source.

Britney Spears has publicly battled with her mother and ex-husband Kevin Federline (their divorce became final on July 30), but the latest crisis in the singer’s life involves her children, Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden, 11 months.

Sources tell Us Weekly that Spears’ friends and family have become concerned about the pop star’s mothering skills.

Case in point: The tooth fairy may be making early visits to 22-month-old Sean. “He’s having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying,” a family insider tells Us.

Another source says that, in April, Spears “asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid’s teeth!” The dentist refused.

The bizarre behavior doesn’t stop there. Spears and her kids became high-end squatters July 22, when they toured – then took over for several hours – a Pacific Palisades home, on the market for $6.5 million.

Upon arrival, her bodyguard removed the FOR SALE sign, then went to her Beverly Hills home to fetch some of their belongings. The result was a home seller’s nightmare, with Spears and her kids trashing the house before money exchanged hands.

“She ate tacos on the bedroom floor!” a source says of the home. “She got crumbs and grease everywhere. She let her babies and her dog roam the floor. She left the bed a mess – I don’t know what’s wrong with her.”

According to Sources, Britney Spears allegedly went all gangsta on the photographer who got the smackdown from her bodyguard last week, threatening to kill him, and throwing a, um, baby bottle at his partner just to show how hardcore she really is.

According to the AP, photog Andrew Deetz is preparing to sue The Pop Princess, says his lawyers, after the scuffle last Thursday at Las Vegas' Wynn Hotel. Deetz alleges that after getting attacked by the Single Mother's bodyguard, Britney herself threatened to kill Deetz and, according to his statement, said he should get a restraining order against her because either she -- or someone she "hired" -- would kill him.

Spears' lawyer had no comment about the whole event.

Britney Spears was doing a shoot to promote her new single, "Give Me More". Britney does a stripper routine that left fans wondering what is with the toxic singer!

Look dead-eyed and disoriented, the pop-tart lost it during the video shoot and ended up "sobbing hysterically," reports News of the World.

At the same time, Britney, looking heartbroken, squatted in her torn fishnets, hugging her new Yorkie puppy and stared into space.

A source on the shoot said: "She was completely uncooperative and left everyone hanging about when she went to an hour's massage - twice."

The source continued, "She just didn't want to cooperate and was snotty and rude to everyone - behaving like a complete and utter spoiled brat."

"When she wasn't pissing people off, Britney was smoking like a chimney. She didn't eat or drink anything other than can after can of Red Bull. She could have drank 20 of them."

When Britney attempted her raunchy stripper dance scene, things went out of control.

The source added: "She had a problem with the extras being about when she did the pole dance. She was shy or embarrassed or something and she really started struggling with the whole thing."

The source continued, "You could see she was getting a bit wobbly but no one expected her to throw a complete fit."

"Suddenly she was in floods of tears and stormed off set. She eventually came back but was sobbing hysterically. All her make-up had run. By now it was nearly midnight and the director just called things to an end and sent people home."

Britney is facing a custody battle with ex-hubby K-Fed, who reportedly wants full custody of their two children, Sean Preston, 22 months and Jayden James, 10-months.

Britney needs help and she needs it now! She is clearly a danger to herself and if someone doesn't help her now, she is heading for a disaster!
